Making a Purchase
Ordering from Supernaut is quick and easy. Just browse our online store, add any items you’d like to your cart, and head to checkout when you’re ready. You’ll be asked to provide a few details so we can process and deliver your order efficiently.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will handle the currency conversion automatically. All payments are taken at the time of ordering to help us minimise delays in dispatch.
If an item is out of stock or there's likely to be a delay, we’ll get in touch right away with options so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
If you spot a mistake in your order after checkout, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to correct it.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This does not constitute a contract. A contract will only exist once we issue your invoice and accept the order. This is to protect both parties in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or product unavailability. If pricing changes for any reason, we’ll always contact you first for approval.
Back Orders
If a product is not currently in stock, we’ll backorder it for you and dispatch as soon as it's available. You’ll be kept informed along the way.

If you choose to pay over the phone, your payment will be processed securely while you’re on the line, and no card details will be recorded or stored.

Returns Policy
You’re entitled to cancel your order and return items within 14 working days for a full refund, including the original delivery charge. Please contact us by phone or email, quoting your order number, to arrange a return.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition unless previously agreed otherwise. Return shipping is your responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
